The Soloists circuit is optimized and tweaked for versatility and tone - and in our humble opinion Tube Screamers never sounded this good before !!
Controls
The Soloist has controls for Drive, Volume, Tone and Body - The Body control is new to the Soloist and not found on the Dualist.
The Body control adds low end and fullness often lost in many other overdrive pedals, and in that respect it replaces the FAT position found on 3-way mini toggle on the Duelist. However the Body control lets you dial in just the right amount of fullness for your sound and is more versatile than a fixed EQ setting on a 3-way toggle.
The 3-way mini toggle switches between 3 EQ-settings : EDGE - STOCK - GLASS.
Stock is self-explanatory, Edge and Glass adds a glassy, hollow, tube’y bite to your tone.
Build quality
The Soloist is hand wired and build from the best components available including high quality 4558 Chips - it's build like the proverbial brick shxt-house and ready for a lifetime on the road.
Color choice - Black or Red
The Soloist is available in 2 colors for you to choose from - Black and Red - the only difference is the color otherwise the pedals are identical.
